Jose F. Guerra is a Global IT executive who has successfully build collaborative relationships with c-level executives to help transform organizations. His expertise with multi-function, multi-industry, global initiatives have helped companies deploy innovative technology solutions to meet a diverse set of business objectives.
Jose is the founder and President of L5 Source, an IT consulting firm specializing in IT strategy, Systems Integration, Data Management and Analytics. L5 Source has provided consulting services for large companies in the retail, energy, grocery, manufacturing, marketing, and health care industries.
Prior to founding L5 Source, Jose held executive level IT positions at Procter & Gamble, Convergys, Jones Apparel, and Duke Energy. During his tenure at these companies, he helped reduce cost structures, improve cycle times, and deliver top line growth in both the US and in Mexico.
Jose currently serves on the MIS Advisory Board of the Williams College of Business at Xavier University, on the Advisory Board of PerScholas Cincinnati, and as an executive mentor at Xavier University’s Williams College of Business. He was co-founder and served on the board of directors of the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), a co-founder and board member of the Cincinnati Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), and served on the board of directors of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Cincinnati.
Jose obtained his B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico, and his MBA from Xavier University, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.
