About the SpeakerDr. Jamie Gruman is an expert in "people issues" in organizations with particular expertise in organizational on-boarding and positive organizational psychology . He is a professor of organizational behavior at the University of Guelph, and is the founding Chair of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association.
As co-developer of "Socialization Resources Theory", "The Engagement Management Model", he’s coined the terms "e-socialization" and "employee voice engagement", and developed the "ReNU" model of effective leisure time recovery, which is outlined in his latest book entitled Boost: The Science of Recharging Yourself in an Age of Unrelenting Demands.
